Why: With its ultra-luxurious shopping centers (a mall with a ski slope? Yes, please!), Dubai should be on any fashionista’s itinerary. Naturally, Giorgio Armani saw fit to base his 160-room hotel here, where guests can shop, dine, and sleep in the sleekest of digs. A second hotel has opened in Milan.
